Thanks Mischa. Is Annis pronounce like I need it to?

I love Fern, Tansy, Clover, Eglantine (ah, adorable but strong). Those fit her personality. ^_^

I tried Valerian once. It didn't work. I like Valiant but am worried it's too wordy for a brother to Damien. I'm not opposed to names that don't start with V but that go with Damien and sort of match a character like I describe.

Annis is "AN-is" so it might not be ideal. Anness may be ok for the pronunciation you want. Authors make up names and change spellings so it's ok, right?

Yes, it's looking like I'll have to make up a spelling since I can't find a real name for her >.<

    For Veroku, I'm liking:

    Milo
    Adair
    Zephyr
    Zeno

These would work for the character but have various problems:

Galen -- character in that other book
    Cyprian -- rhymes with Damien
Raphael -- character in a different book I'm working on and also on my baby name list (and isn't special like Damien)
Bastian -- rhymes with Damien but maybe not too much?
Gryphon -- the villain is Griffin
    Rohan -- too LOTR
Remy -- The name I use when I present male so that's weird to me
Nico -- Character in my novel (the one getting published so I can't repeat)
