Ellis is a wonderful choice for a middle.
Out of your list of firsts, my favorites are Harper, Willow, Kenna, but Wren only if it is a nn for Lawrence.
    Do you like Lawrence?
Harper Ellis sounds like it has a good flow.
If you Harper, Willow, Kenna, etc, maybe you would like:

    -

    -
    Tobin, Tobias, or just Tobi
    -
    Flynn, Bryn, Quinn, or Evan
    -
Devin, Beverley, Jillian, Robin, or January(janie)
    -

I love the names Rowan, Wren, and Piper. I actually used the name Rowan for a short story.
    Some names that I love:
    Cynthia
    Rinoa
    Arwen
    Celeste
    Blythe
    Lara
    Petra
    Serena
    Henrietta
    Xanthene
(As you can see, I have a preference for unpopular names!)
