    Personally I am not a fan of the name. I think it would be a lot to carry for a boy or a man. The name is very handsome though.

    Really dislike it. I've met two baby/toddlers named Romeo and rolled my eyes behind the parents' backs both times. Maybe I'm jaded, but I don't find it (or the story of Romeo and Juliet) romantic in the least. I like Romy, or Roman though.
