Solenne - outgoing, friendly girl with hair flying wildly behind her as she bounces from one place to another
Fiona - quiet, introverted, but not shy; you can see the wheels turning
Simone - a charming little troublemaker
Nora - smart; a reader who always has something interesting to say

Ronan - a little curly-haired boy with a soccer ball constantly attached to his foot
Theo - as a standalone name, I see an artsy kid, sweet and focused on drawing (I have a totally different image of Theo when used as a nn for Theodore)
Ford - outdoorsy, into hiking, camping, fishing - anything in the fresh air
Judd - smart, shy boy who will probably grow up to pen indie rock songs
Walker - extremely charismatic, a little mischievous, probably a good football or lacrosse player

As an aside, I love questions like these. It's a lot of fun to learn how others view a name and always interesting how many different impressions there often are of each name.
