    What about Henry Robert? I know it may not have as nice a flow as Henry James...but Robert is my father, who is still alive. Well, he's only ever gone by Bob or Bobby but his proper name is Robert. I know he would be so honoured if we used his name in there. Henry Robert and then our last name has two syllables as well. Could this work?

    Jem, thanks for some ideas. I would've liked to use another gaelic name if I found something I love or that was meaningful but haven't been able to do that. So decided to go w/ more traditional. Some of your combos are really great though! I actually really wanted to use Hamish or Angus as a first name for a boy but my husband said no way.
