The name reminds me of the little girl from the "Clifford the Big Red Dog" books: Emily Elizabeth. I am not a fan of E.E.E. However, I think it is much better than an unfortunate spelling created by initials. I know a couple who just named their daughter Harper Isabelle. Their surname name starts with a "C." H.I.C. won't look great as a monogram -- E.E.E. might look a bit strange, too. But it's not as bad as, say, H.A.G.

Emma Elizabeth is pretty, and that's saying something coming from me since I generally hate Emma.
EEE is not at all the worst thing that could happen.
I don't mind alliteration, though usually I prefer FN/MN or FN/LN to all three.
Assuming you obviously avoid KKK I don't mind the rest.
I rather like M. first names with our M. last name. And yes, I have considered M.M.M.
