I love the name Reid, and Quentin Reid sounds great! I also forgot to add in my original post that I like the fact that there's really only one way to pronounce and spell Quentin.

ETA: I also really like the combo Quentin Ambrose, but that's more of a GP for me. I don't think hubby would ever go for it haha

LOVE Quentin. It starts with a statement letter, but ends classic and stylish. He also has some literary namesakes like Quentin Compson, who, though not necessarily a positive model, is definitely interesting and famous and compelling.
    Names I enjoy:

    Girls: Lucy, Elena, Lake, Sylvie

    Boys: Jack, Eamon, Sylvan, Theo

Honestly, it doesn't really matter what your family thinks. It's your child.

Quentin is a great name! I like that it's decidedly masculine (which apparently Quinn isn't anymore ), familiar yet not popular, and fits name trends without being trendy (-in ending and an uncommon letter to start).

@casilda: Funny that you should mention Quinn. I was trying to think up some nicknames for Quentin, and one of the ones that I thought of was Quinn, but I was afraid it wouldn't be obviously masculine.
