What do you think of these star and constellation names?

I've been doing a little research into astronomy as of late and I've come across some names that I think might work on humans as well as giant burning balls of stuff very far away. Some of them are already names, but in this context, maybe they seem different?

    Eridanus
    Auriga
    Keid
    Mintaka
    Caelum
    Zosma
    Isida
    Altair
    Meissa
    Misam
    Alcyon
    Celaeno
    Zaniah
    Vela

My personal favourites have to be Zosma and Auriga, what do you guys think?

I love star names, When I was 16 I thought Orion would be such a cool boy name. Some of these are definitely useable.
Eridanus - not useable because of the anus ending
Auriga - this ones useable for a girl or boy, but I like it more for a girl. Similar to Aurora
Keid - this one would be cool for a boy.
Mintaka - usable for a girl, but my least favourite.
Caelum - cute boy name for sure
Zosma - yees this one would be so cute love it
Isida - very pretty for a girl
Altair - not bad as a boy name, but I keep hearing alter so maybe not very useable
    Meissa - cute, definitely useable
Misam - not sure about this one don't like it or hate it
Alcyon - looooove this one so much, I would actually use this for a middle name if I ever had another child and it was a boy.
    Celaeno - same as misam
Zaniah - would be a cute girl name
Vela - very useable girl name
Charming Boys: Arthur, Gulliver, Oliver, Clark, Linus, Edmund,

Gorgeous Girl: Juliet, Matilda, Harriet, Vada, Odette

Eridanus - Definitely a resounding NO. Makes me think of dry (arid) anus.
Auriga - I think this could work, although it sounds like a drunk person trying to say Erica.
Keid - I'm not sure how this would be pronounced. Cade? Keyed? I don't mind the look of it though.
Mintaka - I don't like this one just because it sounds rather tribal.
Caelum - Totally usable, I think right away it would be best as a boy name.
Zosma - Usable, feminine, but not something I would ever personally go for. Reminds me of Zosia.
Isida - Totally depends on pronunciation.
Altair - Awesome. So good for a boy's name. A little like Alistair.
Meissa - I don't think this is usable, just because it looks like someone misspelled Melissa.
Misam & Alcyon - These two might be a little TOO out there to use for real people.
Celaeno - Another boy name, although it looks quite a bit like Caelan, which I prefer.
    Zaniah - This is lovely!
Vela - I like this. It has a feminine ring to it, and it's kind of sexy & dated at the same time. I'm thinking Veela and Vera?
