I also think that Tinsley is too tinsel-y for my taste. What about:

    Kinsley
    Mackenzie
    Brynlie
    Braelyn
    Alexia
    Maisie
    Sophie
    Lucie
    Hadley
    Ainsley
Sophie Margaret ❀ Florence Emma ❀ Lola Katherine ❀ Layla Bethany ❀ Maisie Alice ❀
Evelyn Adelaide ❀ Georgia Valentine ❀ Emilia Holly ❀ Mollie Annabelle ❀ Francesca Ruby ❀ Martha Lillian

George Alexander ❀ Charlie Emerson ❀ Henry Lucas ❀ Matthew Benedict ❀ James Darcy ❀
Ernest Daniel ❀ Louis Christopher ❀Albert Lachlan ❀ Miles Edward ❀ Thomas Allen ❀ Oscar William

    Tinsley is horrible.

    What about Tessa?

    It sounds like Tinsel.

How about just Tinley? Still not my style, but a lot better imo.

I think it is important to tell them you think it sounds like Tinsel, because they may not see that side of the name.

Honestly, I wouldn't say a word at this point unless she asks you again. She's due in two weeks. If you must bring up, tread lightly, it's normal to second guess your names before giving birth (I know I did and there a ton of posts on here with other mom's going through this). the best way you can help is to be supportive.

Seriously, not your baby, not your business! Let her use the name she loves, and you do the same in the future. Who cares if you hate your niece's name now? You will love your niece anyway. How would you feel if the situation was reversed and she came to you with a bunch of suggestions you didn't ask for, right at the last minute?
