Love how quirky and British and yet feminine your girls' names are! Zara, Sophie, Lily, and Edie are adorable together. I love the suggestion of Gemma--I feel like it fits perfectly. What about:

Nell (or Eleanor nn something? Eleanor is a bit longer than all your girls' names, but it's still beautiful and fits in well)
    Charlotte (or just Lottie?)
    Hannah
Georgia (LOVE this with your girls!)
    Fleur (or Flora?)
    Olive
    Pippa
    Tilly (or Matilda?)
Leni (or a fuller name, like Eleni/Elena, Madeleine, Lenora/Eleanor, etc.?)
    Odette
    Ivy
Zelia/Zelie (maybe too close to Zara? I still like it, though)
    Esme/Esmee
    Alice

I think Poppy would fit perfectly, too, were it not for the no flower rule!

    Good luck!
