    Question Names similar to Imogen

    Hello!
I really love the idea of the name Imogen, but unfortunately it's been ruined for me by an... acquaintance by the name. I'm looking for names with a similar 'feel' - a little whimsical, feminine, not too popular... does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks Berries!
I'm twenty with a furbaby named Frederick

Tough (and fun) challenge! Ok, you ask for names that are a little whimsical, feminine, and not overy popular... I'm not sure any of the following are a similar sound to Imogen, but I think of them all as a bit whimsical and feminine:

    Anastasia
    Aurelia
    Avalon
    Aveline
    Beatrix
    Bijou
    Coraline
    Cosima
    Elowen
    Emmeline
    Felicity
    Freya
    Genevieve
    Isadora
    Isolde
    Lavinia
    Lorelei
    Mirabelle
    Paloma
    Seraphina
    Tallulah

Of this list, I think the ones that come closest to the feel of Imogen are Isolde, Beatrix (or could be Beatrice), Freya (popular in the UK, too...), Elowen, and maybe also Genevieve.

Just thought of one more: what about Gemma? I think it fits the bill for whimsical and feminine, has a definite British feel like Imogen, and with the "gem" it sounds a bit like Imogen
