Wow, I'm surprised at how many of these are actual names. I actually find many of them usable- Fitzwilliam (if I ever have a son, I'd consider using this), Lysander, Caspian, Balthazar... Mine tend to be random words or place names (many of which I've never been to) that I think sound cool. Here are some:

    Amalfi- as in Amalfi Coast
    Ampersand- the & sign
    Asterisk- the * sign
    Bellagio- like the fountains
    Connaught- British dukedom
    Dubrovnik- city in Croatia
    Fiumicino- the airport
    Heathrow- the airport
Innisfree- (inn-ish-free) like the song Isle of Innisfree
Libiamo- like the song from La Traviata (which I've never watched but my parents had the song on a CD)
Louvain- as in Adeliza of Louvain
    Merioneth- earldom
Romanov- last royal house of Russia (maybe usable as a middle?)

My top guilty pleasure for a boy is Sailor. I loveeee it but I wouldn't use it especially as a first name. I might use it as a middle name one day though, I love the combo Arlo Sailor.

    Some more:
    West
    Pilot
    Fox
    Dax
    Urban
    Aleph
    Bear
    Wolfgang

I have tons more but I can't think of any!

I can definitely see the appeal of some of those words! Dubrovnik is great, as is Heathrow (it really does feel like it should be the accepted long form of heath...) yes Fitzwilliam is fantastic too, surely would be shot down for me though!
Oh another one for me would be Viggo. I just can't imagine myself having one, plus it would sound a little ridiculous with my and my boyfriend's very plain 'white bread' names. Hehe

Thank you for clearing that up. That is one of the very few names my fiance and I can agree on. I love it too
