Thread: Fantasy/Sci Fi Literature

I just saw this thread. Have you read the Song of the Lioness Series by Tamora Pierce? It's YA but OH SO AMAZING. This is definitely going to be a series my future daughter(s) will read. Her Wild Magic Series also rocks, and features a strong female main character.
Also, I'm not sure if anyone mentioned Robert Heinlein. I have only read Time Enough for Love and The Moon is a Harsh Mistress, but I plan on reading more.
I also love:
Orson Scott Card (particularly the Ender quarter but also the Alvin Maker series)
Anne McCaffrey's (RIP) Dragonriders of Pern Series
Terry Pratchett (I am on Discworld #17 right now and moving through the series on audiobooks)
Neil Gaiman everything
Philip Pullman's HDM of course.
Brian Jacques' Redwall series
and more, but I'm tired so brain no worky.Sequoia Orion born November 2014Other favorites: Cytheria, Arcadia, Seraphina, Caspian, Gideon
