Anais Ramona - flows well. Do you think people in your area would pronounce it the French way with three syllables?
Beatrix Valora - Beatrix is a fine name but I'm not crazy about Valora (it just looks like the word valor with an "a" stuck on the end of it)
Cicely Amabel - I prefer Cecily (Cicely is too much like the place name Sicily) but this is probably my favourite combo on your list.All the best,

Anais Ramona -- I've always found Anais too close to the word anus. Which is not a lovely connection for me. Ramona is okay.
Beatrix Valora -- I adore Beatrix, but I'm not big on Valora.
Cicely Amabel -- This is my favorite, but I do prefer Cecily as the spelling. Amabel works well with Cecily. I like itLadies
