I prefer Elizabeth to Elise and don't really care for Sailor or Ainsley. They seem trendy and not really fitting beautiful or unique like you've requested.
I'll throw out some ideas. Whenever I hear Sailor I think; Greer, Sloane and Sutton. When I hear Ainsely I think; Hadley, Aislinn, Paisley.
Going off of the style of Elise ( which nameberry says has reached it's all time high right now):
Good luck!*Magnolia Alice /Evangeline Wildflower/ Emmeline Willow*
*Anouk, Amoret, Cordelia, Olive, Beatrix, Eugenie, Marigold, Adelina, Ondine, Guinevere, Luna, Neve, Georgiana, Atalune, Grey, Snow, Matilda, Fleur, Sophie, Florence, Clover, Ottlilie, Sophronia, Guinivere*
*Augusten Wolf/ Rowan Silas/Atlas Wolf*
*Osias, Caius, Cashel, Westley, Fennec, Grey, Thatcher, Ignatius, Hawthorne, Benedict, Atlas, Asher, Hugo,Caspian, August *

Thanks for your help everyone! Roman wasn't a popular name at all when we had our son...and actually not popular at all in our area either. We meet people ALL the time that tell us they've never met anyone with that name!
I know two people with girls named Elise one is an infant, and the other is a few years old so I know thats more popular in our area.
I know I'm so picky but I just want to find the name that we will love
