I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.

For some reason, this list of the most used Dutch girls' names from 2012 popped into my head. There are a lot of short, snappy names on it, so if you read through it you might find something you like:

Quinty is on it, which I think is really interesting. Maybe too close to "squinty" for English speakers, though. Perhaps Quincy could work?

    Other suggestions:

    Girls:
    Gingko
    Zosia
    Tulip
    Tupelo
    Magali
    Prisca
    Clover
    Viva
    Lark
    Echo
    Tansy

    Boys:
    Dart
    Wilf
    Levon
    Enzo
    Sayer
    Ring
    Bede
    Tam
    Fox
Balthasar / Balthazar (nn Bas / Baz)
    Arlo
    Severin
