    It's a family name for me and I've always known it to be three syllables.
    I think it's a great name. And Rett is a cute nickname. I personally would spell it with the H regardless of the fact that there's no H in Everett. I definitely prefer the look of Rhett to Rett

    I say it with two syllables. I've never heard it pronounced with three. It takes too much work!
