Most names I like are somewhat nature-y so I'm sub-categorizing.

Gems: Opal, Emerald, Peridot, Topaz, Amber. I would use Opal and maybe Emerald up front, the others probably only as middle names.
Animals, words: Dove, Calico, Kestrel, Wren. These are all middles for me.
Trees, words: Magnolia, Maple, Hazel, Acacia, Lilac.
Flowers and plants, words: Rosemary, Saffron, Lily, Betony, Azalea, Briar, Felicia*, Veronica, Marigold, Viola, Fern, Ivy, Jessamine, Bryony, Clover.
Name(s) with gemstone meanings: Esmeralda/Esmerelda is my favourite.
Names with animal meanings: Yael, Tabitha, Raquela, Giselle, Ursula, Lupe, Dvora, Yonina, Mariposa, Ayelet.
Names with tree meanings: Tamar, Ramona [Hebrew meaning not Spanish], Ketzia, Elowen.
Names with flower/plant meanings: Nerida, Marguerite, Rosalba, Shoshana, Jacinta, Ione, Ianthe, Calanthe, Rhoswen, Lilwen, Susannah.
Weather, seasons, and meanings related to same: Rain, Winter, Autumn, Aviva, Gwyneira.

I can provide the meanings/language background for all the foreign-language ones I just didn't want to put up a huge post.

*I think this might be backwards and the flower be called Felicia after someone's name and not vice versa. Same for Veronica.
