Can't decide on a first name for our baby!
Our first baby, a girl, is due any time now and we can't decide on a name. We have the same taste in names, which helps, and there are several we like, we are just having a hard time pinning it down! Last name is similar to Hall. We don't have a middle name picked out yet and this is our first child, so no other names to mesh with yet.
Here are our top choices...any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

It depends on the surname but here are my thoughts on your name list (my faves are bolded). You're fortunate that you and your husband have similar tastes in naming. It's usally the opposite problem for most parents who post here.
Stella - This is pretty and has a bit of sass thrown into the mix!
Evelyn - A classic name but I knew two Evelyns in the small office where I used to work so it's not a big deal for me anymore.
Sophie - this French version sounds so much more friendlier and approachable than the megapopular Sophia.
Violet - One of my favourite flower names.
Willow - better in the middle spot
Emery - trendy and sounds like a nail file
Blakely - trendy and cutesy
Marina - pretty and exoticAll the best,

Stella - I always like Stella. Sweet, simple, pretty, great meaning (star)..
Evelyn - Sweet and down-to-earth
Sophie - I, too, prefer Sophie than Sophia (both are pretty though)
Violet - like it too, just worry about its popularity
Willow - I like it, but prefer as mn.
Emery - dislike
Blakely - dislike
Marina - Marina off the sea! Beautiful and fresh. Vote for Marina.Cynthia/Luna

Well regardless of what name we like, make sure it sounds great with the middle and the last name, as well as your other children (if you have others, anyway!). It would help if you gave us some clue as to what those are.aurora- autumn- ashwyn- bambi- bernadette- calliope- emmalou- henriette- indigo- ione- january- lark- leela- llewellyn- lydia- marnie- molly- narnia- noelle- oralee- penelope- philomena- rain- raven- roxy- ruby- snow- tessa- thora- waverly- willow- winter- wren- zoe | abel- aesop- angus- banjo- bartholomew- bear- bruce- burkley- darwin- elliot- finn- flynn- foster- henry- indigo - knox - laszlo - lyle - navy - nemo - noah - otis - oakley - rainn - thatcher - thomas - thompson - titus - zen
