I've always thought of Harper as a girl name, it's too soft and pretty for a boy. And Harper Rose is darling!

There are Harper Seven and Harper Grace. Definitely not masculine! I'd love to see a little girl named Harper.

I have never known the name Harper to be masculine. It would just be a little odd where i come from. Its adorable for a girl though!
