My thoughts on the names:
Cordelia - I love this name so much. I've fallen head first for the name Cordelia. It's just effortless, has a gorgeous Shakespearean connotation. She feels old worldly and timely. Cordelia is lovely. I also adore the Cordy nickname.
Fiammetta - Has a very European flair which I think is great, I also love the Fia and Etta nickname. But at the end of the day I'm unsure of the general sound of this name.
Ffion - Feels very elf like, it's intriguing.
Hana - Ugh I'm really not keen on this name, she feels like an incomplete Hannah and I hate Hannah.
Jeanne - For me this name feels slightly dated.
Madelief - This name has an intriguing medieval sound but at the name time I don't think Madelief is a realistic choice. I cannot imagine ever meeting a Madelief.
Mireille - I like this name it's elegant and feels so European and effortless. I think she would work well as a middle name for a French inspired choice. I would love Angeline Mireille.
Oksana - Love this choice has this empowering sound and a lovely Eastern European feel. I think Oksana is just so awesome.
Petra - I like Petra I find this name really strong and quirky. I also like the vaguely Middle Eastern vibe of this name it's intriguing and lovely, I like the whole vibe of Petra.
Rosalind - I love Rose and her many variants including Rosalind which is such a strong, romantic sounding name. I love the range of nicknames such as Rosa, Rose, Rue, Lindy. It's so cool.
Temperance - I find this name interesting but on other hand I think Temperance is OTT.
Ziva - This name is spunky and would work with a classic first name.
Zinnia - I like this choice, Zinnia feels sparky, spunky, and cool. She packs a punch it's a sweet choice.
My favourite hands down is Cordelia.

I like these 6.
Petra - love it! Fantastic name. Definitely my favorite from your list
Cordelia - lovely, different but usable.
Hana - great name (though forcing pronunciations is an uphill battle)
Zinnia - cute, I like it
Rosalind - see Hana, pretty name
Mireille - not entirely sure how to pronounce it (meer-ee-elle?) but it's pretty
Jeanne - okay, sorta bland actually. Feels like a conservative 60's name--Jean, Joan, Joann, Jeanie, etc.
Madelief - never heard of it. If I heard it IRL I'd probably think the person liked Madeline but didn't want to use a popular name so they searched for something weird.
Ziva - sounds like a Star Trek name, not terrible, just very alien sounding.
Fiammetta - sounds like an Italian musical direction. Not horrible but....not my thing
Oksana - pretty, but super ethnic. Hard to imagine on someone not Russian
Temperance - way too Puritan for me, and I like names like Mercy and Charity. It's just so flat sounding, like a weather statistic.
Ffion - never heard of it, doesn't look like a name to me. Cross between Fiat and Lloyd.Livy/Lucy : Geneva/Gwen : Coralie/Alice : Noelle/Eve
Eli/Bennett : Jude/Zane: Luke/Leo : Levi/Phineas

Cordelia -- I love this! It's one of my favorite names but SO's shot it down more than once. I'm not sure it goes with his surname anyways.
Fiammetta -- Not a fan but Fia is pretty.
Ffion -- There's nothing wrong with it I just don't care for it.
Hana - Pronounced like HAH-na not Han-na -- HAH-na is lovely but a lot of people will mispronounce it.
Jeanne -- Jeanne feels dated.
Madelief -- All I see is "leaf" I think Madeline would be a better option. Madelief would be okay in the middle.
Mireille -- Pretty but I prefer Miriam.
Oksana -- Gorgeous but I feel like you might have to have Eastern European descent to pull it off.
Petra -- Beautiful.
Rosalind - Pronounced with 'Rose' not 'Roz' - Pretty.
Temperance -- Doesn't do anything for me.
Ziva -- I like it.
Zinnia -- Prefer this to Ziva.
My favorites are Cordelia, Petra, and Zinnia."Adopting one child won’t change the world: but for that child, the world will change." -- unknown
