    struggling with girls list...

So I have been name obsessed for a long time and my husband and I are ttc so I have been even more concious of names. We have a boy name that we both love and have a very strong feeling about...the name is Finnian Christopher nn Finn. We tend to go for names that have a nn and that aren't too off the wall but yet not too popular. The middle name will be Erin which is my middle name and our last name starts with a C and is two syllables.

    Names we both like:
Aubrey- nn Bre (idk I used to really like it but now it doesn't seem just right)
Scarlett- nn Lettie (I really like this but does it go well with Finnian)
Emery- nn Em/Emmy (I really like the name but not a huge fan of the fn and mn starting with the same letter...also we know another couple that had a girl this year named Emerson with the nn Emmy)

Could you please help us expand our list and possibly find a #1 girl's name that love as much as our #1 boy name.

Scarlett and Finnian would go together, but I don't love them as a pair because I see Finnian as a soft boys name and Scarlett as a very bold girls name. Names I prefer with Finnian would be softer (but not Ellie, etc.), like Sophie, Clara, Amelia, Juliette, Genevieve, Gemma.

Finnian is a spunky and rare Irish name so I'm not liking any of your trendy choices for a daughter. Aubrey and Emery have been done to death so they're not very unique like Finnian and Scarlett has too many negative associations for my liking (scarlet woman, scarlet fever, spoiled Scarlett O'Hara). Here are some suggestions.
