A shame that you're hesitant about using Ramses - that one is practically my definition of a good, strong name. I really love it so much But I do agree that "...s S..." sounds between the first name and the surname can be tricky.
I also generally think that most names from the Norse mythology are strong and feisty (and some of them are very unusual).Exporting old Danish names, Greenlandic names and Greenlandic sibling names
