I love saint names but if you want "sweet and sassy" I think these are the best options from your list. Many of them are too "frilly and feminine" and longish to be "sweet and sassy" as well . I think you may be able to get what you're looking for in the nicknames of the fuller names.

    Abigail nn Abby
    Adela / Adele nn Addie
    Adeline
    Alena nn Allie
    Aleydis
    Alix
    Alodia
    Amata nn Amy
    Anne Catherine nn Annie Kate
    Aurea
    Aurelia
    Ava
Beatrice/ Beatrix nn Bea or Trixie
Bridget / Brigid nn Bridie or Birdie
    Casilda nn Cassie
    Catherine nn Kate
    Cecilia nn Cissie or Cece
    Cinnia nn Cindy or Nia
    Clare
    Colette nn Coco
Delphina - nn Fia or Fina
    Edith - nn Edie
Elizabeth - nickname options are incredible
    Endellion - nn Nell
    Eulalia - nn Lally
    Eva - nn Evie
Everild - I love this name!
    Faith
Felicity - nn Flick or Fliss
Frances - nn Fannie or Frankie
    Gemma - nn Gem
    Gianna - nn Gia
    Helen
    Hermione
Hyacinth - Mrs Bucket from "Keeping Up Appearances" was sassy but not too sweet!
Isabel - nn Izzy or Belle
Isidora - nn Izzy or Dora
Jane Frances - this combo is sweet but I don't think it's too sassy
Joan - I find this name so soft so it's sweet. Joanie is sassy.
Joanna - I have a cousin Joanna whom I call Jojo.
Josephine - this name is sweet in a vintage way. Posy or Fifi are cute nn's.
    Kateri - nn Kitty
    Katharine - see Elizabeth
Kinnia - nn Kin or Nia
    Lea
    Lelia
Lucy - this name is the epitome of "sweet and sassy" for me
    Madeleine - nn Maddie
    Madeline
    Margaret - see Elizabeth
Mary Frances - the nicknames are endless
    Mary - see Elizabeth
Matilda - nn Tilly or Tilda
    Merryn 0 nn Merry
    Oliva0 nn Ollie
    Romana - nn Romy
Rosalie / Rose -- Something to avoid if your mom has a dog named Rosie? - yeah, maybe. But the names in general are lovely.
    Savina - nn Savvy
Seraphina - nn Sera or Fia
    Susanna - nn Suki
    Thea
Valentina - nn Val or Tina
Veronica - nn Vero or Nica
Vitalina - nn Vita or Lina
    All the best,
    Mischa.
