    Templeton

I really sort of love this name. I wouldn't use it myself, but I do think it's very cool. It has that surnamey sound, it's got a good rhythm, it's just fun to say, it's literary... Besides that, there's a neat character in one of my favorite series of books named Temple and that would be a cool nickname.
I never see it get any love though. Is it the Charlotte's Web thing?

What are your thoughts on Templeton?

I like the name alot... but my first thought was Shirley Temple as I haven't read Charlotte's Web since childhood.

Shirley Temple is a good association with the sound. ^_^

I also think of The John Templeton Foundation.
