Hm, yes I think some are ready for a revival.
Beatrice / -trix
Clementine - at least among hipsters and namelovers!
Edith - I wouldn't have picked it but I know 2 under 10
Gwendoline - as Gwendolen / Gwendolyn, I know of a toddler
I like these and think they're wearable but doubt they'll get popular.

I think most of the names from this list are either worthy of a revival or have been revived, my favourites are...
This list is full of names that are ready for revival or have been revived and are in use nowadays. I love the majority of them but above are my absolute favourites which I would happily use : )

I prefer Marian to Marianne and Rosalind to Rosamund/Rosemary but that's it... The others I just can't quite get behind
