If Gavin has a little sister..
If Gavin has a little sister..(need name ideas)
Criteria is as follows..
#1 Two (preferable) or Three syllables
#2 We generally do not like names w/ obvious nick-names (could possibly make exceptions for the "right" name)
#3 Must sound good w/ our last name (Wright)
#4 Nothing too unique, but wouldn't use a name in the top 10 either
Currently on our girls name list, in no order
-Karsyn (too trendy?)
-Fiona (use to really like, now having second thoughts)
Any comments on our current list, favorites? least favorites? thoughts?
**Give us any name ideas that pop into your head! Thanks in advance!
(Similar post in the boys name section as well)Mommy to one little prince (Gavin Miller)

-Aubrey - pretty, sounds good with Gavin. Aubrey Wright is a tad R heavy but not bad.
-Tessa - Tessa Wright reminds me of tesseract, which isn't necessarily bad. It's a lovely name!
-Norah - again, lovely name, but the R's make it less than ideal to me
-Madelyn - super trendy and common.
-Karsyn - sorry but yea, it's uber trendy
-Vanessa - pretty, but a tad dated.
-Carys - beautiful name, but again with the R, and can be difficult to pronounce for some
-Zoe - cute, I think this fits great. Zoe and Gavin, great. Zoe Wright, lovely!
-Alaina - pretty, but one of numerous spellings (Elaina, Elena, Alayna, etc.)
Ramona - I know it duplicates the R sound, but I think with it at the front of the name it sounds nice

With Gavin, I really like Nora (without the h), Zoe, and Fiona from your list. Fiona is probably my favorite of the three with your last name and sons name but all are great. Carys is another one I like but not as much as the first 3 I mentioned.
I do love the name Tessa but I expect she would get called Tess or Tessie. Aubrey is fine and would work but I still think of it as unisex. Madelyn is very common and likely to be called Maddie. karsyn seems like a trendy, mispelling of Carson. Vanessa is a nice name but seems rather formal next to Gavin. Alaina is okay but I expect she would get called Lanie.
With Gavin, I also like:
BridgetI like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.
