If you really want something uncommon, I think Talia or Jasper are good choices. They're recognizable but not super common (round the 200s).
Aubrey is #15, so that's hardly rare (spelling it incorrectly doesn't make it more unique). And Noah is #4, so again, very common.
Some less common names that are still recognizable:
SamsonLivy/Lucy : Geneva/Gwen : Coralie/Alice : Noelle/Eve
Eli/Bennett : Jude/Zane: Luke/Leo : Levi/Phineas

Maisie -lovely name but I prefer it as nn to Margaret
Lyla - another favorite of mine if spelled Lila (the y makes it seem very trendy)
Talia- pretty name - probably the most unique name on your list if that is what you are looking for.
Ayla - okay but it seems like Kayla without the K
Aubree - seems like a trendy mispelling of Aubrey
Dylan - seems somewhat 90;s but a great name
Bobby - only like this as the nn of a young child named Robert
Joey- only like this as the nn of a young child named Joseph
Noah - way too popular at the moment
Theo - great name - my favorite boys name on your list
Jasper - I like this and it is uniqueI like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.

As you can tell from my signature I love unique names but feel that they probably wouldn't fit your style. Out of your list I like:
Lyla- My fave of your girls names, I also like Lyric as a name.
Ayla- May encounter pronunciation issues but I do like it as a name.
Aubree- A darling name!
Noah- Love the Biblical reference and sweet sounding name.
Jasper- My favourite of your boys names! Sounds lovely and is unique enough but not weird.Poet Marcheline Arbor nn Bunny
Holiday Arden/Adair nn Birdie
Hero Ottilie Winter nn Otter
Cocoa Lucille Pearl nn Cricket
Pyrus Rafferty Bear nn Bear
Macon Thaddeus Arc
Camden James Knight
