Both of them are whimsical and interesting names that I think could benefit from a one-syllable middle name, so something like Calliope Rose, or Cordelia Jane.

They have such different images to me that it's hard to choose one over the other. Cordelia feels like a quiet, studious name while Calliope is a ball of exuberant energy. I really like both.

The names give off different vibes. Cordelia is Shakepearean, majestic, lady-like and elegant. A woman to take seriously. Calliope is playful, girly and spunky. A woman who always is young at heart. Both are fine names but I think Cordelia wins for me. Since the names are longish, a one or two-syllable mn would be lovely.

Like both, but Cordelia is slightly more my thing.
