Sometimes I give names to my inanimate possessions. I know I'm not alone in this, so let's hear all of your names!
Shadowfax -- my white 2004 Toyota Corolla, name chosen by my husband
Marcel -- my iPod, named after an excellent restaurant in Washington, D.C.
Eulalie -- my recently named iPhone; Eulalie means "to talk well" :P
