    Thanks for the responses.
I like Dulcinea but can't picture saying it on a daily basis 1000X- Lavinia kind of smooches into three syllables, whilst Dulcinea remains a resolute four. Plus it has...just too many vowels in the mix?! trying to place what doesn't quite feel perfect!

Jem- How interesting. What are you/your other siblings called, out of interest? Of your names I like Ivy and Helena for middle names, but both are a little common for me to use as a first (although I have been tempted to use Helena regardless).
I love Jemima but it just isn't for me. My sister is a Philippa, so that's only on our honour list I'm afraid.

fluzie- Oh I love many of these. My partner hates Olive (boo) but we both have long time love for Ruth.
Dulcie Clara Ruth gives me (the good kind of) shivers.
I wish I could get behind Gertrude...Winifred I can get behind on someone else's child.
I like Ottilie but it sounds slightly mad with my surname!

I think Dulcie and Lavinia remain the frontrunners.
We (or I) still have a huge list of honour names: Joan, Philippa (or a variation) and Marianne (or a variation), Cara (or a variation).

Still would love suggestions- maybe a few really offbeat ones.
To give an idea: I love Myrtle for a middle name.
I'd like to toy with some fresh/unexpected choices. Any ideas happily received!
    Tobias Rowley Quentin W. (10/04/2006)
    Mabel Juniper Elsie W. (07/03/2008)
    Barnaby Ivan Fisher (02/04/2012)

I love your suggestion of Alberta. I think it really suits the sibset and is strong and spunky. Bertie as a girls nn is very sweet.
I like Lavinia but prefer Lavender or Lilac.
If you like Freya maybe Francesca or Felicity? Too usual? Fearn?
    Also coming to mind;
    Gabriella
    Magdelene
    Xanthe
    Hester
    Bathsheba
    Regen
    Carolina

Since we have totally opposite taste...this is hard, but you might like Hazel, Sophronia, Genevieve, Harriet, Henrietta, Zilzanetta (yes, it's real...I've got an ancestor...), Eudokia, Ermengarde, Eulalie or Maude.
