    I love Seamus! It's my top boys' name with the Seumas spelling I voted for Seamus Reid, but I think that neither is quite... sturdy, I guess would be the word, enough to fit behind Seamus, which I think is a very noble name. Whatever you choose, though, will be wonderful!

    I LOVE the name Seamus. I voted Reid but like both.


    Seamus is on my short list, too! May I ask what state/country/region you live in? I'm from the South & have pronunciation concerns.

    I prefer Reid mainly because Seamus Reilly just sounds like it's missing the O'. It's super duper Irish sounding, almost a tad cartoonish if you're not Irish/Reilly's not your surname.
