That's a lot of Christopher's! Seconding Topher and Toph. My brother is a Christopher and we call him Christopher. He's also been called Christo. Me? I call him Chrissy-Pooh and Chrissy-Robin (For Winnie the Pooh). I don't recommend that in public! There's also Kester. I think that's the Scottish Christopher. Bit of a stretch but with that many Christopher's you may have to stretch.

I have a cousin called Crickey for Christoper. Maybe Cricket or Kip could work as well?

I also thought of Topher. I love the name Topher, and may even use it as a full name...
    Or Toph.
I also, know a little boy named Christopher...who goes by Critter/Critt...
My little cousin Christopher goes by Topper, and my uncle Christopher goes by Fiffer...

Plus you can use Kristof/Christof or just Stoff
    Cristo
    Tiffer
    Chip
    Ris
    Rist
    Kit or Kito
    Kip

Or what would his middle name be? If it flows well you could call him his middle and first name...
My friends little brother goes by his first and middle...Nathaniel Jacob.

Also, perhaps a nickname that can easily be related to Christopher...
    Columbus?
