Wow there are a lot of awesome options for middles! If you're open to 2 middles I really really like Gwyneth Lydia Quinn, I think Quinn makes a great second middle and Lydia gives you both family and Bible significance.
Now for one middle combos I like;
A few more 2 middle combos that came to mind
Gwyneth Daisy Quinn
Gwyneth Daisy Jeal
Gwyneth Lydia Jeal
Gwyneth Lydia Rose
Gwyneth Violet Jeal
In general with Gwyneth I like either longer middles (with the exception of Jeal) or 2 middles since she's only 2 syllibles. I think the second middle spot is a great place to put your one syllable options, to me they seem to flow better that way. Especially with Quinn since Gwen and Quinn sound so similar, but with another name in the middle you don't notice it as much and I think it sounds pretty nice.
