I really love Ivy on it's own, but if you want a longer name how about:

(not all of these have the EYE sound but they all have the IV in there)

    Adiva
    Alivette
    Alivia/Olivia
    Aviva
    Avivit
Chaviva -- This is Hebrew so it will be like Ka at the beginning (you know, like a sound in the back of the throat)
    Ediva
    Giva
    Godiva
    Genoviva
    Jivanta
    Kaniva
    Kivuli
    Livia

Names with obvious Ivy as a nickname:

    Iva
    Ivana
    Ivania
    Ivany
    Ivara
    Iverem
    Iverna
    Ivetha
    Ivisse
    Ivon
    Ivona
    Ivone
    Ivona
    Ivorine
    Ivory
    Ivria

my fave way to get to Ivy is Imogen Viola. You may want to try to find an I and a V name you like

Some great suggestions guys! & I enjoy it by itself too not to mentiom its short & simple with some zest. But I hate the idea of the on coming trend esp after Beyonce claiming it.
