    Im not sure on Allie with Amelia. Plus Allie feels like half a name;
    Emmeline
    Avaline
    Caroline

    I like Rosalind too and the suggestion of Calista

    Love Madeline. I also love Rosalind because it makes me think of Rosalind Franklin who was a brilliant scientist. A cute NN for Rosalind would be Rosa which is beautiful. Elsie was Rosalind Franklins middle name which I also think is cute if you'd like to add that to your list.

    Ally seems more of a nn, but would go well with Amelia. I like Elsie, but seems to "cutsie". LOVE LOVE LOVE Madeline. Great by itself or with nn Maddie, but goes great with Amelia. Madeline gets my vote, with Ally at number 2.

    I like Madeline, but I've seen it pronounced both -lynn and -line, so there might be some confusion. I don't know how I feel about Ally with Amelia. I would do Alexandra or another Al name like Alexa or Allison that could have the nn Ally.

    Suggestions:
    Lillian (nn Lily)
    Charlotte - I think this has the same cute but classic feel as Amelia
    Caroline
    Violet
    Sophie
    Julia
    Claire
    Eleanor - You could get Elsie from this or go with the more popular Ellie
    Elise
    Ivy
    Evelyn - nn Evie
