    I don't think it's manly, I've only heard it on girls. Maybe Devin is a bit more manly, because it reminds me of Devlin, and that's definitely a boy's name.

    I don't think there's a consensus on this one, it seems to be variable.

    I like it on a boy, but with it being a place name I find it strange if there is no connection to that place
