    What do you think?

We have two boys, Calvin Dean (paternal grandfather), and Lincoln Daniel (maternal grandfather). The first names are "hero" names - great men in history.
I'm pregnant again and won't know until delivery if it's a boy or not....so, my husband likes the name Churchill. The middle name would be David after my husband - I INSISTED! Is Churchill too much of a name for a boy...is it TOO unusual?
    Churchill David.....what do you think?

P.S. Our 2nd choice is William David (after William Wilberforce).

Um I think it is a little much. Although it may work. I personally like William David more. Good luck.

Churchill sounds strange (if you just say it w/o considering meaning/reference). I prefer William David, as well. Or something from Greek, Roman, Biblical or other history. Any other heroes?

Churchill is a little much. I think it's the "church" part turning me off. William is a nice name, but it seems rather nondescript. There are many William's in history, more than can even be counted, but Lincoln or Calvin paint a clearer picture of whom they're honoring because they are less common.

    I wholeheartedly agree with this.
