    I would say ee-VAH-nuh and ee-VAN-jeh-leen.

    I could see ee-VAN-ah though, like eve+anna.

    I pronounce both names with an "ee" sound in front rather than an "eh".

    I would pronounce both as "eh-VAN-nuh" and "eh-VAN-gel-ine."
    Maybe the difference in pronunciation is regional? I'm from the mid-atlantic U.S., if that helps
