    Temperance nn Tess?

Going off of my other post, is Temperance nn Tess too far fetched? Contessa doesn't work because it's a title, Quintessa is just a bit too quirky for my taste, and I've known far too many Teresa/Theresas to ever consider the name usable personally. Thoughts?

Tess does seem like a stretch for Temperance. What about Tempy instead?

I think it could work. It is a stretch but not completely out there.

It's a stretch yes, but personally I don't think it's any more of a stretch than Katherine nn Kit. Actually I would love to meet a little Tess named Temperance
