I love the names Mirabelle and Amabel, but I was wondering if the belle sounded too repetitive with the el in Heloise.
A little, but I don't think it's an issue. When I saw the title of your thread, my first thought was Mirabelle and Heloise. So I think it's fine.

Not really too repetitive a sound if you are using a longer version of Belle.
Mirabelle/Amabel and Heloise are fine.
