I love your combos so very much! Here are my favorites for Alexander:
    Alexander Constantine
    Alexander Emmanuel
    Alexander Leonidas
Alexander Leopold - I tried to pick between the Leo's, but couldn't. Leopold feels more regal, Leonidas more heroic
    Alexander Quentin
    Loving right now:
Eulalie Catharina, Beatrix Eveline, Cecily Morgana
Ivo Marius, Euan Casper, Remy Nathaneal, Crispin Adair

Well I am in love with your boys name William Balthazar is brilliant. And I think Alexander will match wonderfully. Both names are so classic and strong. I put the names I think that would work well with brother and ones I like!

Alexander Blaise- I have always been a lover of Blaise.
    Alexander Celestine
    Alexander Christian
    Alexander Constantine
    Alexander Crispin
Alexander Dimitri/DmitriI like Dimitri, it has a coo vibe to it. Very exotic sounding.
    Alexander Edmund
    Alexander Edward
    Alexander Emmanuel
    Alexander Endymion
    Alexander Ephraim
Alexander Francis/Franciszek (pron. Frahn-chee-shek) - Francis is DH's current favorite, but I find it kind of boring. Looking up possible variations, I came across Franciszek, which is the Polish form of the name. My mother's family is Polish, so I like that it would honor my heritage.
    Alexander Geoffrey
    Alexander Gideon
    Alexander Gregory
    Alexander Hyperion
Alexander Julian- Strong yet romantic, I have always had a soft spot for Julian.
Alexander Leonidas- Ah Leonidas just sounds power like brother's middle name Balthazar. I have always liked it but BF vetoed it.
Alexander Leopold- I like this combo so I will high light it but I almost get an army feeling from it which not sure how I feel about that. Leopold always reminds of war or army...weird I know.
    Alexander Lorcan- amazing. Period.
    Alexander Luca
    Alexander Malachi
    Alexander Morgan
    Alexander Nicodemus/Nicodemos
    Alexander Nicomedes
    Alexander Nicolai
    Alexander Orpheus
    Alexander Percival
    Alexander Quentin
    Alexander Raphael
    Alexander Sebastian
    Alexander Simeon
    Alexander Solomon
    Alexander Silvan
    Alexander Taliesin
    Alexander Tarquin
Alexander Valentin/Valentine- I had to vote for this since I am bias do to the fact I have Orlando Valentin on our list for a boy. I may prefer Valentine slightly more though.
    Alexander Vincent
    Alexander Zebulon
    Alexander Zephaniah
    Alexander Zion

I love so many of your combos such amazing style you have.

    Thank you, everyone!

DH is willing to consider Franciszek instead of Francis...if he can learn to pronounce it correctly. Most of the time, it comes out more like Francy-check, which, while amusing, is completely wrong. :P But there's plenty of time for him to get the hang of it. I also had him go through the list and cross out the ones he doesn't like. He's vetoed Celestine, Hyperion (makes him think of the word "hyper"), Leonidas (he much prefers Leopold), Luca, Orpheus, and all the Z names (since Alexander already has a "z" sound in it). Then I went through and made myself get rid of at least five more names: Edward, Geoffrey, Gideon, Malachi, and Nicodemus (my least fave of the "Nic" names).

    So the updated list is:

    Alexander Blaise
    Alexander Christian
    Alexander Constantine
    Alexander Crispin
    Alexander Dimitri/Dmitri
    Alexander Edmund
    Alexander Emmanuel
    Alexander Endymion
    Alexander Ephraim
    Alexander Francis/Franciszek (pron. Frahn-chee-shek)
    Alexander Gregory
    Alexander Julian
    Alexander Leopold
    Alexander Lorcan
    Alexander Morgan
    Alexander Nicomedes
    Alexander Nicolai
    Alexander Percival
    Alexander Quentin
    Alexander Raphael
    Alexander Sebastian
    Alexander Simeon
    Alexander Solomon
    Alexander Silvan
    Alexander Taliesin
    Alexander Valentin/Valentine
    Alexander Vincent

    Still long, though...
Proud mother to William "Liam" Balthazar, and expecting Catherine "Cate" Ophelia in September 2014!
Future Daughters: Isobel "Zoe" Theophania, Veronica "Vera" Seraphine
Future Sons: Alexander "Olek" Crispin/Leopold, Dominic "Nico" Valentine

    Nicholas ~ William ~ Alexander ~ Sebastian ~ Gabriel ~ Benjamin ~ Dominic ~ Oliver ~ Crispin ~ Gregory
    Zoe ~ Catherine ~ Veronica ~ Penelope ~ Elizabeth ~ Daphne ~ Anastasia ~ Seraphina ~ Ophelia ~ Felicity

Haha, glad I could help narrow down one name! Hehe...

    My new top ten:
    Alexander Percival
    Alexnder Leopold
    Alexander Endymion
    Alexander Franciszek
    Alexander Quentin
    Alexander Dimitri
    Alexander Ephraim
    Alexander Taliesin
    Alexander Valentin
Alexander Sebastian (this is super dashing and has great flow (I think), it's so far down simply because it's too normal! Apart from that it's smashingly handsome)

These names are all beautiful, but I have to agree with Mischa: they will be quite a mouthful with Alexander. Remember that a kindergartener will have to learn to spell this one day. Also, Alexander Celestine means two Pope names, and I don't know how you feel about that (Celestine can also be used for females--I had a great-great Aunt Celestine).

With those things in mind, my favorite combos are:

    Alexander Blaise
    Alexander Christian
    Alexander Edmund
    Alexander Ephraim
    Alexander Leopold
    Alexander Lorcan
    Alexander Morgan
    Alexander Nicolai
    Alexander Quentin
    Alexander Silvan
    Alexander Vincent
    Alexander Zion

I love the name Dmitri, but it doesn't flow well as a middle for Alexander. Same with Percival. Also Franciszek is cool in theory, but might be too unwieldy in real life if you aren't in Poland. You might want to check behindthename.com for other Polish names that pair well with Alexander.
