    I like the majority of these and am pleased not to see my own son's name on the list!... as I've been convinced preschools in New England have become saturated with little Owen's.

    Mari piqued my curiousity (I really like short, sweet names and am forever on the hunt for my theoretical future daughter's name).... NB has this to say about it: "turns a classic {Mary} into a dated nickname name." :/ I really like it! (prn mah-ree - is that how it's pronounced?)
