I think it's fine. It is a nice cute sweet girl name.
It's no different than Presley (for a girl) and comparable to Hendrix for a boy.
It may be trendy but it's best to strike the iron whilst it's still hot.
If you're going to name a child Marley, now is the best time to do so.
(other examples are Harlow and Monroe)

It isn't my style but it certainly would not bother me to meet a little Marley - it's cute (though I do think of the sad dog movie!)Proud mommy to the light of my world, Gabriel Alexander (Gabriel has been my favorite name since I was little and Alexander is a family name for my husband)
