    Ironically, I dislike nicknames with the two glaring exceptions of Johnny and Tommy. Though I view Tommy as something I'd call him when he's small and not something his teachers would call him. My husband does plan on calling Andrew Drew.

    I prefer Thomas but I think Andrew sounds better with your surname.
