My take on your list:
Veronika - is one of my all time faves, excelllent choice though I prefer the 'c' spelling
Calista - nice, but a little lacey for my taste
Natalia - never been a fan....always seems like a brunette, not a blonde, to me
Esmeree - could grow on me, but I think she'd have pronunciation issues all her life
Sylvia - another favorite of mine....but again, a brunette in my mind's eye
Anastasia/Stasia - always seems overmuch to me
Imogen - still haven't come around to it
Eulalia - I don't care for the "Yew" syllable
Phaedra - interesting name, I like the sound....the myth is too black for my taste
Your description conjured up these for me:
Good luck, and congratulations.Obsessing over names since 1964

Your description of her is so beautiful! I think of Liliana (or another Lily name? Lilibet, Lilia, Lillian, Liliosa?), Eliora (or Elise), Violet, Ruby, Daphne, or Isabelle.
After I saw your list, though, Calista seems to suit her perfectly! Of course, I only am going off of what you've said, but Calista just clicked when I thought of your description. Vera is a lovely nn, though, and you seem to have loved it all along.
