    Cool namesake for Debra Karen?

so, i have three aunts (dad's sisters). i think i want to use one of their names as a namesake (as a middle name). however, i don't want it very obvious (as in, to my other aunts). what variations would you consider for Debra Karen?

So, it would have to be such a vague connection that no one would notice it upon hearing the name? I'm not sure if that's what you mean? I think Corinne is a pretty & modern take of Karen. If a secret nod to Karen is what you want maybe Wren would be a good option for you. It's a nature name (bird) that seems to be trending here. Aubra could work for Debra.

I like pp's suggestion of Wren.

The meaning of Debra is "bee" - so what about middle name of Bea? Or, a name with the same meaning,i.e., Melisande (MELL-uh-sawnd) or Mischa.

    Clarity Wren
    Willow Melisande
    Magnolia Bea
