I, too, thought of the university (although I don't know much about it). I like Baylor much more than Taylor, but I like Bailey much more than Baylor. I like the nn Bay, though. It seems quite sensitive and sweet, natural and masculine.
I'm not fan. It, to me sounds too much like a combination or Taylor and Bailey both of which I don't really like. Ask pp said, I also think Bay is a lovely nickname.
