    Is Gloria too dusty?

Lately I've become rather fond of the name Gloria. Lovely, strong, gentle, full of history. I can imagine friends calling her Glo, which I think is fun and modern and breezy. But do you think Gloria is too dated/stuffy?

I think it's time for Gloria to come back. (Also, Gloriana.) It makes me think of the bright purple morning glories along my neighbor's fence that greet me every morning, and that makes me happy. It also has cozy holiday vibes to me, because of the Christmas hymn Angels We Have Heard on High (the chorus of which is "Gloooooria...").

I get these same images when I think of Gloria. I think it's a beautiful name and I would love to see a little Gloria!

Love Gloria, love Gloriana more. I love the nickname Glory (named a character in a story this) and Glo is adorable, and Ria/Lia/Gia in case she wants something more 'normal'

I think it's definitely time to come back.
