    Since Bonnie means "beautiful, good-natured or cheerful", I think you can get away with it being a nickname for any name. The Scots say "bonnie lass/lassie" (girl) or "bonnie lad/laddie" (boy) as terms of endearment. From your list, I think Bridget would be fine (although Bridget and Margaret have similar endings) and Ramona.
